SB 780: Used Motor Vehicle Warranty Act
GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Used Motor Vehicle Warranty Act; creates said act; requires express warranties re sale of used motor vehicles; provides requirements for used motor vehicle dealers in honoring warranties; provides for extension of warranty terms under certain circumstances; provides for inability of dealer to conform motor vehicle to warranty; provides additional circumstances under which HSMV may suspend certain vehicle dealers' licenses, etc. Amends 320.27.
