GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Crist
State Group Insurance Program; revises terms "state group insurance program" & "surviving spouse" & defines term "TRICARE supplemental insurance plan"; includes TRICARE supplemental insurance plan within state group insurance program; requires DMS to purchase health care for employees under such plan; authorizes surviving spouse to elect to continue coverage under TRICARE supplemental insurance plan, etc. Amends 110.123.
