GENERAL BILL by Culp

Health Insurance/TRICARE; revises & provides definitions; includes TRICARE supplemental insurance plan within state group insurance program; requires DMS to purchase health care for employees under said plan; authorizes surviving spouse to elect to continue coverage under plan; provides that enrollee in plan may change to any other state health plan during open enrollment. Amends 110.123.
