GENERAL BILL by Justice Appropriations ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Misuse of Laser Lighting Devices; redefines term "laser lighting device"; provides that any person who knowingly & willingly aims laser lighting device at person operating motor vehicle, vessel, or aircraft commits felony of third degree; provides that any person who causes bodily harm while improperly pointing said device at operator of motor vehicle, vessel, or aircraft commits felony of second degree. Amends 784.062.
