National Guard who is serving in Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom; provides that student may receive K-12 GI Bill to attend public school in adjacent school district or to attend private school; provides K-12 GI Bill eligibility requirements, etc. Creates 1002.395; amends 1002.20.
