SB 882: Sovereign Immunity in Tort Actions
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Sovereign Immunity in Tort Actions; prohibits attorney, lobbyist, or other representative from charging or receiving fees in excess of certain percentage of combined total of any judgment or settlement for services rendered in tort claim, includes any amount paid by act of Legislature. Amends 768.28.
