GENERAL BILL by Patterson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hays ; Hukill

NASCAR Hall of Fame Facility; provides for distribution of portion of revenues from tax on sales, use, & other transactions to NASCAR Hall of Fame facility; specifies Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office as state entity for screening said facility applicants; provides for certification of such facility by office; provides for NASCAR license plate fee & for NASCAR license plate, etc. Amends 212.20, 320.08056,.08058; creates 288.1170.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
