Trusts & Other Agency Relationships; includes additional investment instruments within definition of term "security account"; provides procedures for resignation of trustee; specifies circumstances in which court authorization is not required for trustee to exercise his or her power when conflict of interest exists; provides methods by which trustee may make certain changes to trusts, etc. Amends Ch. 738, 711.501, 737.309,.402,.403.
