CS/SB 898: Rabies Vaccination
GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wilson
Rabies Vaccination; requires veterinarian to vaccinate certain animals with vaccine that is licensed by U.S. Dept. of Agriculture; establishes revaccination requirements; prohibits using evidence of rabies antibodies in lieu of revaccination; revises requirements for certificates of said vaccinations; authorizes administering veterinarian to use signature stamp on vaccination certificate, etc. Amends 828.30.
