Area Health Education Center Network; revises provisions re operation of network; requires DOH, in cooperation with state medical schools, to maintain & evaluate network; provides for increased training & education opportunities in medically underserved areas; provides that network not discriminate among enrollees; provides that Rural Health Office is responsible for state coordination of federal rural hospital & rural health care grant programs, etc. Amends 381.0402,.0405,.0409.
