SB 904: Privatization of Foster Care

GENERAL BILL by Dockery

Privatization of Foster Care; provides that lead community-based provider & its subcontractors supplying foster care & related services are exempt from including in written contracts & other written documents certain statements required by law; provides exception if said provider or its subcontractors receive more than 35 percent of their total funding from state. Amends 409.1671.
