GENERAL BILL by Mayfield ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Allen
Dune Stabilization/Restoration; redefines various terms to include use of dune stabilization or restoration structures within activities intended to preserve & rehabilitate beach or shore; requires DEP to examine & issue permits for installation of dune stabilization or restoration structures; provides for DEP, political subdivision, or municipality to install same without permit following storm event that causes critical erosion, etc. Amends 161.021; creates 161.084.
