GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Repeated Medical Malpractice; requires DOH to verify information submitted by person who applies for initial licensure, or renewal of licensure as physician; prescribes acts that constitute repeated medical malpractice; provides for review of acts & determination by Board of Medicine & Osteopathic Medicine Board; extends 90-day requirement for granting or denying complete allopathic or osteopathic licensure application to 180 days, etc. Amends Chs. 456, 458, 459.
