Electrical/Alarm System Contracting; requires certain contractors to be certified pursuant to Electrical & Alarm System Contracting laws; provides eligibility requirements for registering with DBPR as electrical contractor or alarm system contractor; exempts fire alarm system from requirement that it have device that automatically terminates its audible signal after certain period, etc. Amends 489.503,.505,.513,.529,.530,.537.
