Sexual Offenses; redefines term "sexual battery" for purposes of prohibition on obscene communications; redefines term "sexual battery" & defines terms "sexual organ" & "union" for purposes of offense of sexual battery & provisions prohibiting sexual performance by child & unlawful activity involving obscenity & for purposes of prohibitions on prostitution & lewd & lascivious conduct, etc. Amends FS; reenacts 395.0197(10), 415.102(24).
