Retirement; revises provisions re benefits payable for total & permanent disability for certain Special Risk Class members of Florida Retirement System who are injured in line of duty; defines term "the member begins drawing retirement benefits" for purposes of determining eligibility for subsidy; revises method of calculating subsidy amount for certain retirees & beneficiaries, etc. Amends 121.091, 112.363.
