GENERAL BILL by Dawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hill ; Wilson
Child/Unattended in Motor Vehicle; provides that offense of leaving child unattended or unsupervised in motor vehicle constitutes second-degree misdemeanor rather than noncriminal traffic infraction; provides that such offense is second-degree felony if child suffers great bodily harm, disability, or disfigurement; provides penalties. Amends 316.6135.
