Lake Shore Hospital Authority; (Columbia Co.) amends, codifies, reenacts, & repeals special acts re authority; provides for governing body; provides for governing body's purposes, powers, duties, & responsibilities; authorizes issuance of revenue bonds, incidental powers, & refunding bonds; provides remedies for any holder of bonds or trustee; provides exemption of property from taxation; provides that bonds shall constitute legal investments, etc.
