GENERAL BILL by Crist

Judges; revises number of circuit court judges in certain circuits; revises number of county court judges in certain counties; revises number of district court judges in certain district courts of appeal; provides for election of new circuit & county court judges created by act in 2006 general election; provides legislative findings; authorizes positions, etc. Amends 26.031, 34.022, 35.06. APPROPRIATION: $526,781.
