SB 26-B: Background/Schools/Contractors

GENERAL BILL by Argenziano

Background/Schools/Contractors; requires that school districts comply with certain requirements for said screening for noninstructional personnel & contractors by specified date; authorizes district school board to exempt contractor from certain screening requirements if contractor has only incidental contact with students; prohibits contractor who is identified as sexual predator or sexual offender from being on school grounds when students are present, etc. Amends Ch. 1012.
