GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Scripps Research Institute; requires that certain funds remaining undistributed on specified date be returned to General Revenue Fund; appropriates funds to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office for purpose of funding Scripps Florida Funding Corporation if certain contracts are executed; provides for funds to be returned unallocated to General Revenue Fund if such contracts are not executed by end of 2005-2006 fiscal year. APPROPRIATION.
