SB 4-B: Slot Machine Gaming
GENERAL BILL by Jones ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey ; Geller ; Constantine
Slot Machine Gaming; implements s. 23, Art. X of State Constitution; authorizes slot machines & slot machine gaming within certain pari-mutuel facilities located in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties upon approval by local referendum; provides for licensure to conduct slot machine gaming; prohibits persons under 21 years of age from playing slot machines; provides compulsive or addictive gambling prevention program, etc. Creates Ch. 551; amends 849.15, 895.02, 215.22. APPROPRIATION.
