Drug Paraphernalia Abatement; creates Drug Paraphernalia Abatement Task Force within Executive Office of Governor; prescribes task force membership; provides for meetings & duties of task force; provides for members of task force to be reimbursed for per diem & travel expenses; requires Drug Control Office within Executive Office of Governor to provide staff support; requires cooperation by state agencies; provides for abolishing task force on specified date.
