Drug Paraphernalia Abatement; creates Drug Paraphernalia Abatement Task Force within Executive Office of Governor; provides for meetings & duties; provides that meetings & records of task force are subject to statutory public meetings & records requirements; provides for members of task force to be reimbursed for per diem & travel expenses; requires Drug Control Office within Executive Office of Governor to provide staff support; abolishes task force on specified date, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
