GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Professional Sports Franchises; revises limitation on monthly aggregate distributions to certified facilities for retained spring training franchise; requires verified copy of binding agreement for payment of cost overruns as prerequisite for certification under certain circumstances; provides procedure for certification of additional facilities for retained spring training franchise, etc. Amends 212.20, 288.1162.
