HB 1011: Advance Directive/Licenses/ID Cards
GENERAL BILL by Homan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Porth
Advance Directive/Licenses/ID Cards; defines "advance directive" for purposes of administration of driver licenses & ID cards; requires application for ID card or driver license to include option for applicant to request that existence of advance directive be noted on said card or license; requires said licenses or cards issued or reissued by HSMV to be prominently marked with "Advance Directive" when such notation is requested, etc. Amends 322.01,.051,.08,.141,.17,.18.
