Independent Collegiate Assistance; creates Florida Independent Collegiate Assistance Grant Program to provide grants to certain students who attend nonpublic institutions of higher education & are enrolled in programs leading to specified occupations; requires that each institution certify to DOE amount disbursed under program & remit to DOE undisbursed funds; requires OPPAGA to make certain assessments & submit report to Legislature, etc. Creates 1009.893.
