GENERAL BILL by Rivera ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bogdanoff ; Glorioso ; Goldstein ; Homan ; Sansom ; Traviesa ; Williams, T.

Campaign Financing; allows unopposed legislative candidates to transfer surplus campaign funds to or retain such funds in campaign account for reelection to same office; establishes limits on transferable amount of such funds; provides prohibition from fundraising under certain conditions; deletes certain filing requirements for candidates for other than statewide office. Amends 106.141,.07.
