CS/HB 1047: Parental Relocation with a Child

GENERAL BILL by Stargel

Parental Relocation with a Child; deletes standards for determining whether to allow primary residential parent to move child; provides for notification of certain persons of intent to relocate child; requires certain information to be provided on Notice of Intent to Relocate; prohibits certain presumptions & requires certain factors to be evaluated by court re said relocation; assigns burden of proof in cases of said relocation, etc. Amends 61.13; creates 61.13001.
