Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy; revises provisions for determination of amount of subsidy for retirees of defined benefit program & eligible participants of Public Employee Optional Retirement Program of FRS or their beneficiaries; provides that spouse at time of FRS participant's death is considered beneficiary for purposes of retiree health insurance sudsidy unless different beneficiary has been designated, etc. Amends 112.363.
