JOINT RESOLUTION by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith
Primary Election/Party Affiliation; constitutional amendment that will permit all electors regardless of party affiliation to vote in any primary election for office, in same manner as currently permitted when winner of primary will be unopposed in general election, if winner of primary will be opposed in general election by write-in candidate only. Amends s. 5, Art. VI.
