Prevention First Act/Health/Schools; creates said act; requires Health Secretary to develop & maintain on DOH Internet website information on family planning & referrals to local community resources to assist women & families in preventing unintended pregnancies; requires school districts to develop comprehensive family life & human sexuality education curriculum; provides duties of licensed health care facilities & practitioners re treatment of rape survivors, etc.
