SB 1074: Tax/Obsolete Agricultural Equipment

GENERAL BILL by Smith

Tax/Obsolete Agricultural Equipment; provides for obsolete agricultural equipment to be assessed at its value as salvage; defines term "agricultural equipment"; provides procedure for taxpayer to claim right of assessment under this section; authorizes property appraiser to require information establishing taxpayer's right to classification.
