GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Abelardo 'Al' Castillo Act; requires applicants for registration to furnish proof of certain liability insurance; provides that failure to maintain such insurance is grounds for denial, revocation, or refusal to renew registration; provides that violation of requirement to maintain liability insurance is criminal violation; provides administrative fines & criminal penalties. Amends 559.904,.921.
