Public Records/Employers/Job Posting; provides exemption from public records requirements for records contained within one-stop management information system or other similar system that would identify employer who is posting job openings; provides condition for exemption; provides for limited duration of exemption; provides recordkeeping requirements; provides for future review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 445.007.
