SB 1110: Workers' Compensation

GENERAL BILL by Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey

Workers' Compensation; requires employer with fewer than four employees who has elected alternative coverage to workers' compensation to post notice at each worksite to this effect; provides that every corporate officer who elects alternative coverage must proceed at common law in any action to recover damages for injury or death brought against employer; provides for alternative coverage to regular workers' compensation, etc. Amends Ch. 440, 489.115,.515.
