JOINT RESOLUTION by Haridopolos
Taxes/Legislative Power Limitation; constitutional amendment to require that any law enacted after January 2, 2007, which imposes tax, fee, penalty, or fine, expands tax base, or increases tax rate, fee, penalty, or fine for amount of significant fiscal impact be enacted in separate bill by two-thirds vote of membership of each house of Legislature, etc. Amends s. 1, Art. VII.
