GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos
Probation & Parole Office Location; prohibits location of said offices within specified distance of certain schools & day care facilities; provides for relocation of current probation & parole offices not in compliance with this requirement; provides for certification of county probation officers at discretion of county governing body; provides for training for such officers. Amends 945.28; creates 943.1301.
