Patient Handling & Moving Practices; requires hospitals & nursing homes to adopt & implement safe patient handling & moving policy & providing requirements thereof; requires establishment of safe patient handling & moving committee; requires submission of policies & remodeling plans to AHCA; provides certain protection for employees of hospitals & nursing homes who report certain violations or suspected violations; provides rulemaking authority to AHCA, etc. Creates 381.029.
