School Health Collaborative Act; encourages creation of comprehensive school health collaboratives to provides comprehensive school health service; provides that person who is in public-private partnership with county health dept. to form comprehensive school health collaborative acts as agent of DOH in providing school health services & enjoys limited liability; provides appropriation for demonstration project in Miami-Dade Co., etc. Amends 381.0056; creates 381.0058. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000.
