SB 1186: Motorized Scooters
GENERAL BILL by Rich
Motorized Scooters; redefines term "bicycle" to include motorized foot scooter & term "moped" to include motorized scooter for purposes of Uniform Traffic Control Law; excludes motorized foot scooter from definition of term "motor vehicle"; reenacts provisions re license taxes for certain motorized vehicles & additional license taxes on mopeds, to incorporate amendments in references thereto, etc. Amends 316.003, 322.01; reenacts 320.08,.0801(1).
