Female Inmates/Minor Children; provides legislative findings & intent re importance of female inmate maintaining relationship with her minor child; requires DOC to collect certain information re children of female inmates in state correctional system; requires DOC to consider said inmate's proximity to her minor child when transfering inmate; requires that said inmate be assigned to facility in as close proximity as possible to said child, etc. Amends 944.17,.24,.8031.
