GENERAL BILL by Cannon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza ; Stargel
District School Boards/Chair; provides legislative findings; provides for alternate procedure for election of district school board chair in any school district that does not have district school board member elected at large; requires referendum & provides requirements for submitting such referendum to electors; provides for resolution of tie vote by said chair & said board members, etc. Creates 1001.364,.365; amends 1001.371.
