GENERAL BILL by Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Margolis

Safe Staffing for Quality Care Act; creates said act; prescribes safe staffing standards for health care facilities; requires licensed facilities to submit annual staffing plan to AHCA; provides standards for required skill mix; provides to employees right to refuse certain assignments & right to report suspected violations of safe staffing standards; provides for agency to enforce compliance with act, etc. Creates 395.051-.057.
