SB 1294: Vehicle Preinsurance Inspections
GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett
Vehicle Preinsurance Inspections; deletes provision that exempts policies issued in certain counties from requirement that private passenger vehicle undergo preinsurance inspection; deletes requirement that physical imprint or other record be made of vehicle ID number; requires that said inspection include certain color images of vehicle; provides for suspension of physical damage coverage if said inspection is not completed within specified period, etc. Amends 627.744.
