Salvage MV Dealers/Stolen Vehicles; requires salvage motor vehicle dealer to notify law enforcement agency & receive confirmation that motor vehicle is not reported as stolen before destroying, dismantling, or changing said vehicle; requires dealer to maintain records of notification & confirmation for certain time period; requires dealer to provide law enforcement with access to such records; provides penalties for violation. Amends 319.30.
