GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Fasano

Elderly Affairs Dept.; authorizes Elderly Affairs Dept. to terminate contract or agreement with area agency on aging under certain circumstances; requires dept. to use competitive-procurement process to procure new area agency to plan, fund, & administer programs & services in affected planning & service area; requires that any contract or referral agreement entered into between said agency or service or program provider be assignable to dept., etc. Amends 430.04.
