Contact Lens Consumer Protection Act; provides policy statement; prohibits licensed prescribers of contact lenses from selling uncertified contact lens brands or having any financial or legal relationship with persons selling same; requires manufacturer certification of contact lens brands; requires Board of Optometry & Board of Medicine to provide licensed prescribers list of certified contact brands; prohibits monetary competition prevention or limiting activities, etc.
