Driver Licenses/Vision Tests; limits duration of licenses issued to certain applicants; provides expiration, examination, & renewal requirements for driver's licenses issued to persons over specified age; provides renewal fee waivers for certain licenses; eliminates age requirement re visions tests; requires vision test for all renewals of license; provides for submission of test results by physician, ophthalmologist, or optometrist, etc. Amends 322.18.
