Pharmacy Technicians; provides for registration of pharmacy technicians; requires applicant for registration as pharmacy technician to submit fingerprints; provides qualification requirements; exempts pharmacy technician students & licensed pharmacy interns from certain registration requirements; provides grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of registration or other disciplinary action; conforms references, etc. Amends 465.014,.015,.019,.0196,.0197.
